On October 15, Ice Nine Kills released The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood, the highly anticipated killer sequel to The Silver Scream. October 20, the band took to Cambridge to debut Welcome to Horrorwood to a sold-out crowd. For the first time, fans had a chance to listen to tracks such as "Funeral Derangements," "Wurst Vacation," and "The Shower Scene" live. Along with new favorites, Ice Nine Kills weaved in some fan favorites from the last album including "Thank God It's Friday" and "IT is The End." every killer show needs a killer opener, and witch city metalcore band, Carnivora came to warm things up and take the stage down in flames. Not only did I have the absolute pleasure of attending this horror-tastic album release, but I had the opportunity to snap some photos as well.
