SINGLE REVIEW: Never Coming Home Release Summer Sensation "South Station"

Rhode Island local legends, Never Coming Home, are once again proving they belong in the New England pop-punk scene with their latest single “South Station.” Showing much growth since the band’s first single “Runaway,” Never Coming Home brings a perfect Summer jam reminiscent of the Coffee Shop Soundtrack era of pop-punk. Even the lyrics bring me back to 2008, when life was simple. A relatable tune reminding me of my middle and high school years when nothing ever seemed to go right, leaving me to wonder if it truly was better off this way. In just two years the band’s sound has matured with more riveting guitar and bass riffs, better vocal control and delivery, and a more daring drummer beat. Much like the New England staple this track is named after, Never Coming Home is coming through strong and making their mark with the soon to be pop-punk staple “South Station.” Someone better alert Hopeless Records, because Never Coming Home is never out of bangers and holds so much potential. I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it always, this band deserves to be signed right out of High School, being Generation Z’s All Time Low. I truly can not wait to see what the future holds, cause everything is going quite right. You can stream “South Station” on all streaming services and be sure to follow Never Coming Home on social media to keep up with the latest news.
